All pricing is FOB Clarkston Washington and purchaser is responsible for all freight, duty, and custom charges
All orders will ship via common carrier.
All orders placed before 2:00pm will ship the same business day, those orders received after 2:00pm will be shipped the next day, after the order has been approved by our accounts receivable department or payment is received and has cleared. If the purchased item is not in stock and the purchaser requests us to back order the item, we will ship the first day the product becomes available.
Pacific Powertrain will not be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. It is extremely important that all shipments be inspected upon arrival and any damage to the product be noted on the bill of lading before signing for delivery so a freight claim can be filed. Improperly identifying damage or missed damage could result in a denied freight claim.
Any refused shipment will result in a 50% restocking fee, as well as all freight charges.
All returns must have a returned goods authorization number (RA) issued by Pacific Powertrain. Any shipments not having a returned goods authorization number will be refused.
All returned goods must be shipped by pre-paid freight . Any non pre-paid freight shipments will be refused unless previous authorization has been issued by Pacific Powertrain.
All returned shipments will be inspected by Pacific Powertrain’s staff and any missing or damaged parts will be deducted before credit is issued to the customer. All returns MUST have a returned goods authorization (RA) number on them issued by Pacific Powertrain. This authorization can be acquired by calling Pacific Powertrain at 1-509-243-7840. Any shipment without a returned good authorization number will be refused.
All returns will result in a 30% restocking fee as well as all shipping charges unless other arrangements have been made.
All special orders will require payment in full in advance and are nonreturnable or refundable.
